UAB „ALTERNATYVIOS ENERGETIKOS ĮMONIŲ GRUPĖ” – company is working with planning, designing, project management and the formation of complex solutions in the field of renewable energy. Close collaboration with partners in Germany.

    UAB “VOLTAS” (before privatization - Klaipėda7th state company of electric installation) established in 1992, Klaipeda, working in all Baltic region. Main activity- design, installation, operational works of electrotechnic solutions (sun and wind power stations, transformer substations, electric power, electric lighting networks, etc.) in constructed and reconstructed buildings.
    The company is given with certificate No. 0326 from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania, providing the right to perform the part of building design and building construction, as well as certificate No. E-0208 from the state inspection of energy affiliated to the Ministry of the Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, providing the right to operate the electric equipment. Also, the company have installed system of quality management ISO 9001 since 1999, and it is installed system of environment management ISO 14001 and systems of employees‘security and health management system OHSAS 18001 since 2012.
    The company executed works in Lithuania, Russia (Kaliningrad region), in objects of Belarus.
    Since 2004 provide services of electrical equipment and maintenance for objects. Due to this it was created separate service branch. We administrate electric equipment in companies such as KLASCO, Orion Global PET, “Klaipėdos kartono tara”, Kuusakoski, Klaipėdos LEZ. In 2009-2011 we electrified 90 % of all wind electric parks of Lithuania in the field of renewable energy. Since the company is not limited with work only in Lithuania, it have established two companys OOO “Elektrovoltgrup” (in Belarus) and OOO "Voltas" (in Russia), which is engaged in electric installation in constructed and reconstructed facilities (transformer substation installation, electrical power and lighting networks, outdoor power lines, external lighting, etc.).

    UAB “Pramoninės statybos kompanija” is a fast growing construction company, in which works experienced engineers and other specialists. The organisation and management of the projects, construction of industrial, factory, commercial, public facilities, residential buildings, laying of outside engineering networks, environmental management, reconstruction works.
    The company is given with certificate No. 7029 from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania, providing the right to perform the building construction, as well as certificate No. N-0208 from the state inspection of energy affiliated to the Ministry of the Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, providing the right to operate the oil and oil products equipment. Also, certificate No T-1077 from the state inspection of energy affiliated with the Ministry of the Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, providing the right to operate heating facilities and turbine facilities.


    Projects executed by the company:


  • "Derelict and contaminated sites of Telšiai City next to Mastis lake remediation and management reconstruction works of stage I sequence I” marina, central pier and retaining walls to the fountain concrete works.

  • AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai“ Bugeniai railway station cleaning the equipment repairs" is carried out the general construction works.

  • Pipe V-99/7 installation works from the pipeline V-99/5 to the pipeline 150-GA-6175 under the project M0997 in AB “Orlen Lietuva” territory, foundation and tubes during paths installation.

  • Warehouse building of 800 m² in the Urvikiai village, Mazeikiai region.

  • The foundation installation work in object "Grain storage towers and warehouse in Kėdainiai" („Grūdų saugojimo bokštai ir sandėlis Kėdainiuose”).

  • It is equipped with a number of different-sized foundation for wind power stations in Mazeikiai, Pagėgiai, Marijampole Anyksciai Kaisiadoriai, Kalvarija, Kretinga, Rokiškis region.

  • More than 80 solar power stations, each with a capacity of 30 kW, construction and installation on the roof and on the ground in all Lithuania.

The Company is engaged in wholesale of electrotechnical products and manufacture of electrical equipment. From the very first steps, the Company seeks to establish itself in the entire Baltic region and Belarus. The Company aims at attraction of new manufacturers of electrical items to the region and distribution of their products. The Company has already signed an agency agreement with one of Europe's largest manufacturers of cable trays, cable bus-bars and grounding products.
